Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales programs provided for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty courses on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary instruction through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc courses to better offer a complete education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and structure for running a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, participate in outbound calling over a one (1) day class. In this course we study heating, ventilation, and air conditioning basics, what drives people to purchase, calling skills, scripts, customer purchase signals, and overcoming customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training given. On the job training given by the General Manager and appropriate staff in the office.
