General Manager is in charge of
directing and coordinating all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center.
The General Manager manages the P&L, drives
sales, and provides guidance to all staff
and processes for the office.
The Service Technician completes
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician speaks
with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve concerns,
and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The person
in the role also recommends products and services and works under the guidance
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician completes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The
individual filling the position
also performs installation and service on inside air products and equipment, as well, and has the ability
to follow controls and wiring graphics
Customer Service Specialist handles customer
and billing questions with the highest degree
of respect and professionalism to resolve
customer concerns with a same-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for assisting in
day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service center.
Dispatcher, abiding by approved radio and pager procedures,
dispatches appointments to Service
Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. The person in the role also communicates
with the customer to ensure the customer is aware
of scheduled appointments, reply to queries,
and to help resolve issues. The Dispatcher
strategically plans and routes the most ideal
technicians in accordance with established company procedures.
